TerraChoice joins Big Room’s Dot Eco bid

We are pleased to share with you the news that TerraChoice will join leading organizations such as WWF International, Green Cross International, David Suzuki Foundation, Verité, and ISEAL Alliance on the Dot Eco - an extension added to company and organization websites like .com or .net - Stakeholder Council.

As explained in the recent press announcement, the Stakeholder Council is a key body guiding Big Room’s global policy development process for how Dot Eco should work.

TerraChoice believes that Dot Eco will be a useful tool in the fight against greenwashing by helping to disclose details about a company’s environmental performance and impact. read more

Former CEO of FAO Schwarz supports the Development of EcoLogo’s Toy Standard

The EcoLogo Program recently shared news that it has initiated its standard development process for toys. Today, the Program announced that the former CEO of FAO Schwarz, Edward Schmults is going to be working with EcoLogo to help make it easier for parents and grandparents to find “greener” products for the children in their lives. read more
